Loan Program Overview

The fix and hold loan program is a great way to start leveraging your existing capital. This program requires no personal income verification and no employment verification. We finance both the acquisition and the renovation costs of the project. Simply bring your initial closing costs and we'll fund the rest including reimbursing you for the renovation costs.
